Thermo rhinestones from Tuloni. Cut shape: Flat back 14 facets. Stone shape: Round. The new patented rhinestone shape with inverted facets ensures that the stone ignites even in low light. The rhinestones are manufactured using HotFix technology (HF). The back of the rhinestone is a silver wafer coated with thermal adhesive. The special elastic thermal adhesive liquefies when heated until it reaches the Newtonian fluid state, penetrating deep into the material structure and taking on a solid form when cooled - for the purpose of firmly fixing the crystal to the material surface. The material on which the stone is fixed must be able to withstand high temperatures: 120°-170°C. Temperature, working time and pressure can vary depending on the warp threads. Irons can be used for heating with the help of a pre-set heating temperature - as well as special applicators for heating and fixing the rhinestones. Before fixing, it is necessary to carefully study the instructions and make sure that the material can withstand high temperatures in order to prevent possible damage to the material.
